Chinachem Group: Perfetto

A complete design package for an estate with a beautiful sea view

Brief:

Chinachem Group came to us to develop the brand identity and to provide a complete design package for their luxury residential estate located on Dragon Bay. The estate faces Ka Shui Mun Bridge with a clear 180 degree view of the sea and features large spacious apartments. Residential units are all constructed using the most advanced building materials and made to very high standards of modern design.

We helped them come up with the name Perfetto, meaning 'perfect' in Italian. The name was chosen because of Italy's association with high quality and classy style to help build Perfetto's brand image, and perfection is a true testament to the beliefs of our client. We also thought that its location on Dragon Bay is ideal; it has a peaceful and serene environment, perfect for residents.

We took the branding and theme forward to provide materials and designs for our client to use in their showroom, including photographs for use in the brochures and other types of marketing designs.
