We have had the privilege to be entrusted with a series of apps, some of which are for internal use and others for use at retail stores as a form of POSM. These apps enable frontline sales advisors to instantly retrieve specialised knowledge on diamonds and jewellery whenever required, and optimise the way information is presented to customers. These apps also enhance workflow by reducing time spent on staff training. We are pleased to have been endowed with the opportunity to create value and improve efficiency of the retail selling process for thousands of frontline staff across Hong Kong, Taiwan and mainland China.
The Promessa Duet app creates an exceptionally personalised experience for customers who are looking to design their own custom rings. This web app allows customers to create their own design by providing customisable options broken down into tiny steps, including the diamond, ring style, materials and engravings. Ordering can also be done within the app and designs can be saved and retrieved for later. The app makes ordering custom rings an enjoyable experience at the stores or at the comfort of customers’ own home.
