We have had the privilege to be entrusted with a series of apps, some of which are for internal use and others for use at retail stores as a form of POSM. These apps enable frontline sales advisors to instantly retrieve specialised knowledge on diamonds and jewellery whenever required, and optimise the way information is presented to customers. These apps also enhance workflow by reducing time spent on staff training. The Star Shopper Programme is Chow Sang Sang's loyalty scheme with three membership tiers, namely Fan, Classic Member and Prestige Member. Through the app, customers can earn and use Star Dollars through e-member card, check personal details and subscribe to gold price notification. The app is an effective tools for the company to understand the spending behaviour of some of the most loyal customers which in turns benefit the users by enabling the company to provide more personalised, tailor-made services.
